What do FAMU students and a real estate agent have in common? 🎬

Real estate marketing has its rules. What an ad should look like, what it should say, how an agent should present themselves… But this time, we decided to take a slightly different path.

Maybe even go completely against the current. 😎

🎥 Turning Real Estate Advertising on Its Head

Together with Aglaja Stehnejová from FAMU in Prague, we launched a project that caught my attention from the very beginning precisely because it is anything but traditional.

Aglaja brought together a crew of enthusiastic and talented young creatives, and together we set out to shoot my new ad. This time, however, we decided to leave the conventional rules of real estate marketing behind.

I wanted to give these young creators the freedom to show their own perspective, creativity and technical skills – without being restricted by

ideas of what a “proper real estate agent ad” is supposed to look like.

🎬 A Young Team, a Fresh Perspective

In front of the camera were actors Zuzana Jurechová and Daniel Šíp, while behind the camera was Maxmilian Dresler, cinematographer and content creator.

The whole crew brought plenty of energy, ideas and, most importantly, a willingness to try something different. And that is exactly what this project is all about.

Going against the current of conventional marketing and looking at real estate advertising from a completely different perspective.

I enjoyed the shoot from the first take to the final clap. There was great energy, plenty of ideas and, above all, the courage to do things differently. 🎬

🍿 So, What Will Come of It?

We’re keeping that to ourselves for just a little longer.

All I can reveal is that you definitely shouldn’t expect a typical real estate agent ad.

The result will be out soon. And when it’s time for the premiere, you won’t miss it. 📽️
