The next step is preparing the property for rental, where I will focus on its attractive presentation to attract the right tenants. I will arrange professional photography and video tours to showcase your property in the best light. An important part of the process is also home staging, which will enhance the space's appeal and attract a broader audience. To prepare, I will need key documents such as the energy certificate and the breakdown of living costs.

3. MARKETING AND ADVERTISING
In the next phase, I focus on promoting your property and reaching out to suitable tenants. Instead of a standard contract, we issue a simple one-page order for securing the rental. If the property is not rented, no fees are charged.
