The purchase price is CZK 8,860,000.When financed by a mortgage, until the apartment is transferred into private ownership it is necessary to secure the loan with another property. After the transfer, the mortgage collateral can be standardly moved to this apartment.


Cooperative ownership

The price for the transfer of the cooperative share is CZK 4,230,000. The remaining amount is paid through monthly installments to the cooperative, with the amount agreed individually.

The transfer of the apartment into private ownership is possible immediately after completion of construction, planned for the turn of the 2nd and 3rd quarters of 2026, and has already been pre-approved by the cooperative.
