RE/MAX Atrium Real Estate Agent of the Year Award 2025 – 2nd Place

The year 2025 was very strong both for the real estate market and for my own work.

It also brought a result that carries special weight for me. In the RE/MAX Atrium Real Estate Agent of the Yearcompetition, where the ranking is based on the volume of completed transactions in a given year, I placed 2nd.

After three consecutive first-place finishes between 2022 and 2024, this is a result I truly value. Not because it is in any way “lesser,” but because it confirms long-term performance stability in an environment where every year starts from zero.

📊 Results of 2025 in Numbers

Behind this ranking stand concrete work and tangible data:

• CZK 132 million – total value of sold properties

• 38 successfully completed assignments, including:

  • property sales,

  • rentals,

  • bespoke property searches

Numbers alone mean very little. They gain real value only when they are backed by satisfied clients, smooth transactions, and long-term trust.

🤝 Success Is Always a Team Effort

I am also very happy about the results achieved by the people I work with on a long-term basis. I would especially like to highlight Jana Kemrová, with whom I closely cooperate on many assignments. I am all the more pleased that last year was exceptionally successful for her and that she achieved 1st place.

My thanks also go to everyone else involved in the assignments:

• photographers and designers, who give properties emotion and a high-quality presentation,

• lawyers, who ensure calm and secure transactions,

• Milan Komárek, the office owner, for long-term support and a stable professional environment,

• and last but not least Tereza Štěpáníková, marketing specialist.

Finally, my thanks go to everyone who has been part of this journey. To clients for their trust, and to colleagues and partners for the cooperation and professional background without which such results would not be possible.

I see second place as confirmation that I am on the right path — and at the same time as motivation to continue with the same level of commitment going forward.
