Property Valuation for the Probate Process – Free if we work together
During probate (inheritance) proceedings, the notary will ask for a market valuation of the property. Many people believe they need to hire a court-appointed expert, but that’s not true.
✅ A market-based valuation prepared by a certified real estate agent is fully sufficient and commonly accepted by notaries throughout the Czech Republic.
💰 Valuation pricing:
Standalone valuation only (no sale): CZK 2,000 – 5,000
Valuation as part of selling the property with me: FREE
I believe in transparency. If you plan to sell, the valuation is free. If you only need a standalone estimate for the notary and don't plan to sell, I’ll prepare it for a reasonable fee.
When can you legally sell an inherited property?
You can only sell the property after:
The inheritance process is complete
The property is officially registered in your name in the Land Registry
If there are multiple heirs, I recommend reaching an agreement early to avoid future legal complications.
