In the coming weeks, I am preparing two new properties for sale. Each is different, each will appeal to a different type of buyer – but both share one key advantage: an attractive location.

Today, I would like to briefly introduce them from the perspective of their location. Because in real estate, location is always the foundation.


🌿 Šeberov – land for sale

Šeberov is one of the smaller municipal districts in the southeastern part of Prague. It is located between Kunratice, Újezd u Průhonic and Průhonice.

What has long defined this area is its calm, residential character. The neighborhood is predominantly made up of family houses, with lower-density development and close proximity to green spaces.

Accessibility is a major advantage. By car, you can quickly connect to the Jižní spojka (South Prague ring road) and the D1 motorway. Metro line C (Opatov station) is also within reach, ensuring convenient access to the city center.

Šeberov feels intimate rather than busy. It is not a bustling urban district, but a place for those who want to remain in Prague while enjoying more space and privacy. 🌳


🏙️ Mělník – apartment for sale

Mělník is a traditional Central Bohemian town located approximately 30 kilometers from Prague. It is well known for its history, wine tradition, and above all for its exceptional view of the confluence of the Labe (Elbe) and Vltava rivers.

The town center has a historic character, yet you will find full civic amenities here – schools, shops, services, and healthcare facilities.

For many people, Mělník represents an attractive alternative to living directly in Prague. It offers more affordable prices, a smaller-scale environment, and a calmer pace of life, while still maintaining relatively comfortable access to the capital.

It is a place that combines history, landscape, and everyday practicality. 🌅
