🔹 April – A Month of Challenge and Reward: Selling a Historic Villa in Podolí

In April, I successfully closed several deals, but one stood out – the sale of a historic villa in Prague’s Podolí district. This project was challenging from both technical and business perspectives. It required deep market knowledge, full concentration, empathy, and detailed marketing execution.

The result? Happy sellers and a delighted buyer who now has the opportunity to build a modern replica of a house over 100 years old on a beautiful plot of land.

This sale was especially meaningful to me because Podolí is my home turf – our office is based here, and two of the 15 most expensive houses sold in this area bear my signature.
